S.J. Neathawk Lumber Company, Inc. Celebrates 75 Years

LMC is proud to celebrate S.J. Neathawk Lumber on 75 years in business! Founded by S.J. Neathawk in Lewisburg, WV in 1947, Neathawk began his career by grading and surfacing local lumber by himself. Then, Neathawk would sell the lumber to local builders and manufacturers.

In 2001, Neathawk’s hard work came to full fruition as another location opened serving southern counties in West Virginia. In 2008, 2012, and 2020, S.J Neathawk expanded again with three new locations in Covington, VA, Roanoke, VA, and Montvale, VA.

S. J.’s daughter, Janet Neathawk, carries on her father’s legacy by operating S.J. Neathawk Lumber with her two sons, Doug, and Sean Goodwyn. Dealers since June of 1994, the LMC team has enjoyed working with S.J. Neathawk Lumber for over 25 years.

LMC congratulates S.J. Neathawk Lumber on all their success.

Happy 75 Years, S.J. Neathawk!
