Paul Ryan
President/CEO
Paul Ryan became LMC’s President and CEO in June 2021, having joined LMC as President of Finance and Technology in January 2016. Paul is a career finance professional, starting his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young after college. Paul then expanded his role and took a job as Financial Controller at a lab supply distributor. Prior to joining LMC, Paul spent 12 years at AD, an industrial and construction product buying group, where he grew his role from Controller to Vice President of Finance to Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University.

Sean Tighe
Senior Vice President Purchasing
Sean Tighe currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Purchasing at LMC. Sean started his lumber and building materials career working at an independent retail lumberyard in New Jersey. From there, he joined LMC in 1994 as a Lumber Buyer and was promoted to Purchasing Manager for Commodity Lumber and then Vice President of the Lumber Division. In his current role as SVP of Purchasing, his purview includes every lumber species across the North American wood basket. Sean holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University.

Vern Dando

& Logistics Division
Vern Dando is LMC’s Vice President overseeing the Panels, Special Wood Products, and Logistics Division. Vern is a career lumber and building materials professional. After beginning his career at Agway Corporation, Vern joined LMC as a Plywood Trader in 1979. Over the course of his 40 plus year career at LMC, Vern has held roles across his division. Vern earned a B.S. degree in Forest Products from Penn State University.

John Keeley
Vice President
Building Materials Division
John Keeley is the VP of the Building Materials Division at LMC. John began his career with eight years of experience as a Contracting Officer at the Department of Defense before being recruited to LMC in 1988. John joined LMC as the Hardware Department Manager. After a decade in that role, he was promoted in 1997 to his current role, where he remains responsible for the purchasing programs of all building materials, millwork, and hardware products. John holds an MBA from LaSalle University and a B.S. in Sociology/Social Work from the University of Scranton.

Chris Ford
Vice President Lumber Division
Chris Ford has served as Vice President of the Lumber Division at LMC since 2020. Chris began his career in 2002 in manufacturing, sales, and purchasing roles with Industrial Timber, Inc. in North Carolina before joining LMC in 2005 as a Commodity Trader in the Lumber Division. Over the past two decades, Chris held several roles in the Accounting and Finance areas before returning to Purchasing in 2017. In 2019, he returned to the Lumber Division as Purchasing Manager of the Southern Yellow Pine and Treated Lumber team. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from Villanova University.

Paul Thorne
Vice President Stockholder Relations
Paul Thorne is LMC’s Vice President of Business Development. Paul joined LMC as the Northwest Regional Manager in 2004 where he facilitated LMC’s expansion into the Mountain and Pacific time zones. With 32 years of lumber and building materials industry experience, Paul now oversees the LMC Regional Manager team and the dealer recruitment effort for all fifty U.S. states and the Bahamas.

Fran Monk
Vice President of Marketing
Fran Monk is LMC’s Vice President of Marketing. She joined LMC in 1996 as a Buyer before moving into the Marketing Manager position. In this role, she orchestrated a reorganization of the marketing department, and expanded dealer marketing programs to better support LMC members. She later became LMC’s Marketing Director, where she tackled the rebranding of LMC, which elevated LMC in the industry as a prominent player. Fran received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a Marketing specialization from Rowan University.

Jack Phipps
Vice President of Technology
Jack Phipps is the Vice President of Technology at LMC, joining from Recovery Centers of America (RCA), where he served as Vice President of Digital Health. Prior to RCA, he spent thirteen years at U.S. Cellular in various roles, including technology product development and business development. Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jacques Vauclain
Vice President of Finance
Jacques Vauclain serves as Vice President of Finance at LMC. A seasoned leader, Jacques joined LMC from his role as Finance Director at Vanguard, where he served in a number of senior finance roles including Finance Director for Vanguard’s European operations. Prior to his experience at Vanguard, Jacques spent a decade at Campbell Soup Company, where he grew from Analyst to the Senior Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis role, supporting key technology projects. Jacques holds a Math degree from Davidson College as well as an MBA from Villanova University.

Amy Bilovsky
Human Resources Director
Amy Bilovsky is LMC’s HR Director and joined LMC in 2015. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources, Amy began her career as a recruiter for an IT staff augmentation firm. She later transitioned into a corporate HR role at a credit card processing company, where her responsibilities evolved from recruitment to encompass employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. Before joining LMC, Amy spent an additional nine years serving as the Manager of Employment and Employee Relations at an insurance company. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University.

Dianna Leigh
Director of Corporate Meetings
Dianna Leigh serves as LMC’s Director of Corporate Meetings. She joined LMC in 2021. Dianna began her career at ESPN in Charlotte, NC, before transitioning into the role of Traffic Reporter at Channel 10 News in Philadelphia. A seasoned professional in the corporate meetings and events industry, Dianna refined her event planning skills during the next phase of her career where she led the meeting department for a prominent buying group in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Dianna holds a Communications degree from the University of Delaware.
