Johnson Paint Company consists of 11 stores in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire operating under the names Johnson Paint, Maine Paint, Port Paint & Paper, and Wicked Awesome Paints. The acquisition will bring Ring’s End’s store count to 31 locations across five states, 23 of which are free-standing paint and design centers, and eight of which are full-service lumber yard locations with paint and design centers within them. All Ring’s End locations cater to a mix of residential and commercial customers.
