This past week, LMC Regional Managers gathered at LMC headquarters in Wayne, PA., to sit down with all the new employees from the last few years. They provided an in-depth overview of their role in the company, what a typical week on the road looks like, and how critical building a relationship is with our Dealers to serve them successfully.
It was explained, when anyone asks you who you work for, it's not your manager or LMC.
You work for the Dealers at LMC.
The recent new hires had many questions, but when it was all over, they walked away with a much better understanding of how they can make a real difference for LMC Dealers.
