Griffin Lumber & Hardware is proud to announce their acquisition of Baldwin Builders Supply, a market‐leading lumber, building materials and hardware retailer in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Baldwin Builders Supply will be the sixth retail LBM location for Griffin Lumber & Hardware, joining their current locations in Cordele, Leesburg, Tifton, Forsyth, and Griffin. Baldwin Builders Supply is a great fit for Griffin Lumber and the acquisition emphasizes their commitment to serving Georgia builders and making building easier for them.
Griffin Lumber & Hardware’s roots go back to 1948 and started with milling logs to lumber.  That continues today with their mill in Cordele, GA.

Over the years they have added retail lumber and building materials. They also grew manufacturing in Georgia and offer floor and roof trusses.  Griffin Lumber will be extending their product line and services to Baldwin Builders’ customers, and in many instances bringing more product lines direct from the manufacturer to builders.

The third generation of Griffin Lumber looks forward to continuing Baldwin Builders Supply’s tradition of excellence and reputation for quality and service. The transition is effective September 27th, 2021.
